Jennifer Austin is the founder of BioCraft Studio, where she is the lead creative. Specializing in the Life Sciences and Biotech industries, her main focus is corporate decks, illustrations and animations, and general marcom for social media, web, and print.

Before starting BioCraft, Jennifer spent 20 years with Alden Marketing Communications. As the Executive Vice President, she oversaw the web department and fostered client relationships, some going back more than 10 years. Jennifer began in 2000 as a 2D and 3D animator but continued to expand her skill set to include conceptualization, strategic planning, design, storyboarding, website design and development, and account services.

Jennifer was born in Brantford, Ontario. She grew up in Canada, England, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and an Associate’s Degree in New Media from Platt College in San Diego.

“A job well done gives me the greatest satisfaction,” Jennifer says. “There’s nothing like seeing a project that has come together visually and functionally.”
When she’s not working, she plays tennis, hikes, and spends time with her family.
